We’re working with a specialist SEND school in Central York that’s looking for a Pupil Support Assistant – SEND to join their team immediately.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with complex needs
2. Assist with personal care and daily routines when required
3. Encourage engagement in lessons, therapies, and sensory activities
4. Use positive behaviour management strategies to support progress
5. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet pupil needs
6. Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
