A welcoming and supportive primary school near Larkhill, Salisbury is seeking a confident and adaptable Primary Teacher to join their team after the Easter break for the remainder of the academic year.
This is a full-time position working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and would suit a teacher who is flexible, confident across the primary age range, and able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff. The school is looking for someone with a strong classroom presence who can effectively support pupils with SEN needs and behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and structured lessons across KS1 and KS2
* Maintain strong classroom management and effective behaviour strategies
* Support pupils with a range of SEN and additional needs
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team
* Option to take on planning and full teaching responsibilities, depending on experience and preference
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching across KS1 and/or KS2
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Experience supporting children with SEN and behavioural needs
* A confident, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
