Deployment Manager - Digital Solutions

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deployment Manager to join the Digital Team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. Reporting to the Lead Digital Deployment Manager and aligned to the Head of Specialist Projects, this pivotal role will lead the deployment of digital restaurant solutions across our Business & Industry (B&I) sector.
As the key advocate for our award-winning Time2Eat brand, you will help deliver a cutting-edge digital experience through our app, kiosks, POS, AI tray scanning, and more. You’ll work alongside prestigious clients and senior stakeholders across the UK, advising on the best-fit digital solutions that drive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Compass UK&I’s omni-channel digital restaurant solutions within the B&I sector.
* Lead planning and execution of digital deployments, ensuring seamless mobilisation across multiple sites.
* Collaborate with operations teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver innovative digital solutions.
* Own and manage central rollout schedules, reporting tools, and deployment timelines.
* Serve as project manager for large, complex mobilisations, aligning stakeholders and mitigating risks.
* Build scalable processes for rapid deployment and continuous improvement.
* Manage third-party supplier relationships, including cost, planning, installation, and HSE compliance.
* Partner with Product Managers to embed updates and enhancements across new and existing sites.
* Work closely with culinary and marketing teams to deliver engaging digital customer experiences.
* Support sites with low adoption, recommending strategies to increase participation.
* Champion the digital vision in sector meetings and across key operational touchpoints.
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience leading digital or operational mobilisations in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong background in digital transformation projects or app/product implementations.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement at senior leadership levels.
* Strong project management capabilities (qualification desirable); proficiency in MS Project.
* A proactive, collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Comfortable taking initiative, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement.

Location: Mobile role with travel across UK&I B&I sites; minimum one day per week at a Compass office.
