Key Responsibilities
The Property Administrator will:
1. Produce monthly client property reports, extracting financial and tenancy data from internal systems and updating tenancy schedules.
2. Support the creation of utility data reports and associated visualisations.
3. Liaise with Facilities Management teams and onsite personnel to update environmental and risk reports.
4. Coordinate with client legal representatives regarding lease assignments, licences, and tenancy changes.
5. Ensure contact and reporting information is accurate and current.
6. Format, print, and bind professional reports and presentations.
7. Prepare monthly dashboard updates and assist with formatting charts, graphs, and slides.
