Candidate Profile
* Caring, patient, and reliable individuals
* Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential (full training provided)
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a personal car
* Must have a clean criminal record suitable for working with vulnerable adults
* Visa sponsorship available after probation (subject to performance and cooperation)
* Enhanced pay on bank holidays
* Fuel allowance (£0.45 per mile)
