💷 Pay Rates:
* £17.14 – £20.36 per hour (depending on role & experience)

🔪 What You’ll Be Doing
* Preparing high-quality dishes to specification and maintaining excellent standards
* Ensuring kitchen readiness with all ingredients available
* Leading or supporting kitchen teams during service
* Mentoring and encouraging junior team members
* Delivering smooth, efficient service — even under pressure

You’ll need:
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen (essential)
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* A passion for food and teamwork
* Great communication skills and a calm, professional approach
* Must be 18+
* Own safety shoes and knives
