Principal Product Manager - Surrey (IC role initially)
Leading large software business is looking for a Principal Product Manager to work a permanent role (hybrid, depending on location, potentially remote), based in Surrey.
* Focus: revitalising a large, established manufacturing product that hasn’t had enough attention
Mix of:
* Early-stage discovery + investment case building
* Strategic direction (“where does this go next?”)
* Commercial ownership (P&L mindset)
* Highly customer-facing
* AI experience is key
This role is about taking an under-optimised, legacy-but-important product and turn it into a commercially successful, AI-enabled growth area
* Principal-level operator
* Strong product fundamentals > pure domain expertise in Manufacturing
* Needs to be AI-curious and god AI experience
* Must be commercially strong (P&L exposure ideal)
* Comfortable with ambiguity + shaping direction
* Happy being hands-on + outward facing with customers
