Health & Safety Manager (HSQE) Location - Northampton Hours - Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary - £50,000 – £55,000 per annum About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation who are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager (HSQE) to lead and develop their Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental strategy. This is a senior-level role, reporting directly to the Senior Management Team and Directors, with responsibility for ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a strong safety culture across workshop and site-based operations. The environment includes high-risk activities such as lifting operations, working at height, heavy plant usage and complex installation projects - making this a hands-on and highly influential position. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Leadership Develop, implement and continuously improve the Health & Safety Management System. Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and associated regulations including: LOLER PUWER CDM Regulations 2015 Work at Height Regulations 2005 COSHH Regulations 2002 Lead accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
