This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing catastrophic injury team in Salford that has secured a significant increase in high-quality work.
The team is expanding at multiple levels and is open to Grade D lawyers and paralegals, with the work and support tailored to your experience. You’ll handle meaningful, complex personal injury matters while being supported by an experienced leadership team that genuinely invests in development.
It’s a supportive environment with realistic expectations, hybrid working, and access to fatal accident, serious RTA and clinical negligence matters that will strengthen your long-term career in catastrophic injury.
Who we’re looking for
4. Personal Injury Lawyers (Grade D) and paralegals
5. Claimant-side personal injury experience
6. Able to run complex files with minimal supervision
7. Solid PI fundamentals with clear potential to develop into higher-value work
8. Strong organisation and file management skills
9. Clear, empathetic communicator with clients and colleagues
10. Practical, grounded, team-focused approach
11. Open to coaching, feedback and structured development
What you’ll be doing
12. Managing a caseload appropriate to your grade and experience
13. Handling matters including: Fatal accident claims Serious injury work Clinical negligence (depending on level)
14. Progressing files efficiently while maintaining excellent client care
15. Working closely with supervisors and colleagues on higher-value matters
16. Developing technical expertise with structured support and mentoring
17. Contributing positively to a collaborative, hybrid-working team
