The Role
We are seeking an experienced and confident Senior Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11 to 16 with additional needs.
This site supports more vulnerable pupils, including those with social, emotional and mental health needs such as anxiety, depression and attachment or detachment difficulties.
You will play a key role in providing consistency, emotional regulation support and positive behaviour strategies. Some opportunities to support primary-aged pupils may also be available.

Essential Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months childcare experience
* Experience supporting children with SEN needs, particularly SEMH
* A calm, resilient and empathetic approach
* Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* Availability for a full-time role
