About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide you with an excellent experience working at HC-One, including a quick onboarding process from job offer to start date.
About You
You should be organized to meet service times, capable of planning independently, and skilled at following recipes accurately. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good, home-cooked meals for our residents are essential. Additionally, you will communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
