We are currently working with a range of mainstream secondary schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, who are looking for Teaching Assistants to support students with SEND on both short-term and long-term supply basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in supportive school environments, making a real difference to pupils who need additional support to thrive.The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND within a mainstream classroom
* Support students with needs such as autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support
* Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Support behaviour management in a calm and consistent manner

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
