Senior / Associate Solicitor - Personal Injury (4+ Years PQE)
Location : Glasgow (with hybrid options)
Contract : Full-time (35 hours)
Salary : Up to £60K+

Role Overview
* Manage your own caseload of higher‑value and complex personal injury claims
* Handle cases involving road traffic accidents, employer liability, and public liability
* Lead on litigation matters, including court work
* Collaborate effectively with Counsel and other stakeholders
* Work directly with clients and represent the firm professionally
About You
* 4+ years PQE in Personal Injury litigation
* Proven experience managing complex injury cases
* Strong litigation and court experience
* Confidence communicating with Counsel and clients
* A proactive, organised, and solution‑focused mindset – experience in Clinical Negligence work would be a significant advantage and is highly regarded for this position
