Job title: Training Delivery Instructor (Weapons and close range) Job Description: Training Delivery Instructor - Close range Weapons Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week HMS Collingwood, Portsmouth Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level. What you'll be doing Deliver training to the Royal Navy on the maintenance of close-range Weapons systems to support the Weapons Engineering team. Help improve how training is delivered and make sure it meets high standards. Use technology and new teaching methods to make training better. Support changes and improvements in how learning services are delivered. What we're looking for Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications You will have a background on weapons engineering within the defence space Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications NVQ in Electrical Engineering Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent. Military weapon engineering systems or equivalent experience. Experience in managing & maintaining RN WE equipment. Experience in maintenance of Weapons hardware. Experience in managing & maintaining Weapons systems.
