This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification within IT— all with the support of a friendly and experienced team What You'll Be Doing: Providing first-line technical support to internal users Assisting with hardware and software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting Logging and managing support tickets through our helpdesk system Learning how to maintain IT systems and networks Supporting the wider IT team with day-to-day tasks and projects What You'll Learn: IT fundamentals and best practices Customer service and communication skills Problem-solving techniques in real-world scenarios How to work with a range of technologies and systems Industry-recognised qualifications through structured training What We're Looking For: A genuine interest in IT and technology Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) No prior experience needed — just enthusiasm and a desire to grow!
