Youll be ensuring each patients, sometimes complex, care needs are met by your team. Youll also have responsibility for balancing budgets and developing strategies, while always finding time for the people in your care. ABOUT THE ROLE As Clinical Mental Health Lead / Deputy of a Barchester Hospital, youll work closely with the Hospital Director, taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help create an environment thats caring, supportive and safe for your patients and team.
