Package Description JOB ROLE: Senior Support Worker LOCATION : Hereford (HR4) SALARY : £14.40 - £15.00 per hour Due to continued growth, we are seeking full time Support Workers to join our team at Blackwells, Hereford! About Blackwells Blackwells is a residential and supported living service based in Hereford, providing support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Mental Health needs. The residential home supports up to 7 adults. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including Managing a team of Support Workers Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans Liaise with health professionals and their families Complete supervisions and audits To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
