Essential Requirements of a Junior Customer Support Engineer

Strong maths or engineering foundation degree in Engineering, Maths or equivalent

Ability to perform methodical, structured fault-finding on complex hardware/software systems

Clear, professional communication and confidence to represent the company in front of clients both in-office and on-site.
