30 hours a week, 2 weekdays and weekend
£16 per hour/ FTE £31,200K

The Role: We have an amazing opportunity for a new Chef to join us at the warm Bedgebury Cafe. You will be working with a warm team to run the cafe.
The main duties to include:
* Organising and managing the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided
* You will prepare, and present food to the highest quality
* Working alongside the manager for stock management
* Serve hot and cold food to the visiting customers
* Identifying customer requirements with allergies
* Ensure all legislation and procedures are adhered to
* Light kitchen duties, washing dishes and cleaning
What exactly are we looking for?
* Experience in a kitchen environment required
* An enthusiastic and friendly individual who enjoys working as part of a team
* Excellent people skills with the team and customers
* A willingness to learn new skills
* A passion for catering in a busy environment
* 5 out of 7 days to include weekends and bank holidays
