Assistant Branch Manager – Estate Agent at Allen & Harris, part of the Connells Group, to lead our residential sales team in Westbury. This is an opportunity for a proven Manager or an established Estate Agent seeking progression and to step into a first branch management appointment in residential sales. The branch offers a platform to excel as a manager with a supportive Area Manager and team to grow market share and develop your career.

In this role you will assist the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient and professional estate agency service to customers. You will lead by example and delegate tasks to exceed performance standards and targets. You will optimise opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales and mortgage introductions. You will motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Assistant Branch Manager
* Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager or a Sales Negotiator, Lister or Valuer looking to progress.
* Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
* Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A Full UK driving licence
