An established and highly regarded law firm based in Norwich is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and professional team. With over 30 years of expertise in residential property law, the firm is known for its high-quality client service and supportive working environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing professional who thrives on managing their own caseload and is committed to delivering excellent client care. While full-time availability is preferred, part-time applications will be considered for candidates with the right level of experience.Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of property transactions
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders
* Conducting searches with relevant authorities, including the Land Registry and Local Authority
* Managing financial transactions including completion statements and transfer of funds
About you:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing, ideally including mortgages, leasehold, buy-to-let, and transfer of equity
* Sound understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in legal document preparation
* Well-organised with effective time management skills
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach
