Health Care Assistant / Support Worker
Location: Rosaburn House East Kilbride
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time hours, 9pm - 8am 7 nights over a 14 day period
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Nightshift Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in Northcare Residences Glasgow. About the Role
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing personal care and support to residents
* Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
* Supporting residents with meals and hydration
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Promoting residents’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
* Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
* Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately

* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and professionalism
* Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
* Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays where required
