Insight Global are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a leading global financial services organisation within their securities business and market‑enablement programme.
This position requires 3 days per week onsite in London, Bromley or Chester (UK) for a contract running through the end of 2026 and is Inside IR35.
The PM/BA will support strategic front‑to‑back initiatives across bonds, repos and broader Global Markets. You will manage end‑to‑end project delivery while also performing deep‑dive business analysis to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enable market readiness. This role involves cross‑functional stakeholder management (technology, operations, front office), process improvement, documentation, vendor engagement, and contributing to programme governance and reporting.
Must‑Have Requirements Include:
* Strong background in securities within an investment banking environment (bonds, repos or broader markets)
* True hybrid PM/BA capability: able to drive delivery while performing detailed analysis
* Solid project management fundamentals (planning, RAID, governance, stakeholder management)
* Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow documentation)
* Ability to challenge and improve existing front‑to‑back processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across technology, operations and trading teams
* Comfortable working across multiple teams with competing priorities
Plusses Include:
* Experience working with or managing major vendors
* Exposure to digital assets
* Experience supporting a COO / Control Office function
