Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. Duties
* Manage and maintain the organisation's financial records using accounting software - QuickBooks
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is up-to-date
* Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements as required
* Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
* Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
* Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
* Submit CIS and VAT returns
Experience
* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within an organisation
* Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent systems
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
