Retail Store Manager, 40 hours/week, Glasgow Braehead Upper Mall (Vodafone partner store). Independent franchise in the Vodafone UK Retail network, offering opportunities to develop and contribute to a growing local business.

What will you be doing?
When a customer enters the store, you will create a welcoming experience with a knowledgeable, friendly expert by their side who can advise on our products and services. You will lead and support established teams, coaching them to perform at their best. You should have a sales background with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, and be able to drive sales through your people while taking a holistic view of the business.
