About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or Area Manager to lead and continuing growing my clients Weymouth office which has been established for 12 years and has a dedicated client base This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established recruitment business with a strong footprint in the Industrial manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution sectors.
You will take full operational responsibility for the branch, lead a team of consultants, and drive business growth through strategic development, exceptional leadership, and hands-on recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruitment consultants
* Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring performance targets are met
* Drive new business development and maintain relationships with existing clients
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop team capabilities
* Monitor KPIs, financial targets, and compliance standards
* Work closely with regional and senior management to align with company goals
* Foster a high-performance, supportive, and inclusive team culture
* Maintain market knowledge and stay informed of sector trends and challenges
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Area Manager or Branch Manager recruitment role, ideally with team leadership or branch management experience
* Strong background in recruiting within commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution sectors
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* A track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Strong business development and client relationship management skills
* Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
* Comfortable with flexible working models
