This is a well-established global commercial real estate business which is renowned for their information, analytics and news within the industry. Based in London, they are looking for an experienced, German speaking Credit Controller to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English
2. Accountable for improving AR performance though concise AR Aging metrics
3. Identify and resolve customer issues related to slow pay or non-payment of invoices through pro-active communication with clients and the sales team
4. Become proficient in understanding of company A/R-Collections life cycle, especially related to root cause analysis and AR aging prevention within a 3-month time frame
5. Coordinate and escalate slow or non-pay accounts at 60-days thresholds with sales organisation and AR Management for support.
6. Balance portfolio performance with supporting occasional projects and ad hoc reporting requests
7. Lead proactive meetings with sales leaders regards past due accounts
£42,000 to £50,000 plus benefits including:
