Cera are recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Newton Abbot. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time permanent positions, with shifts available during days and nights. This is secure work that offers good pay, comprehensive training, and no previous experience is required.

Extra Care units provide residents with their own self-contained living spaces within a larger building, with access to care staff based within the unit who offer personalized care and support plans to help residents live as independently as possible.
Each client's needs are unique. Your tasks may include assisting with housework, helping with morning routines, preparing meals, providing companionship, assisting with medication, or helping with washing and dressing. More than just a caregiver, you'll become a friend, offering encouragement, companionship, and sometimes a laugh, especially during tough times. While caring can be challenging, your support will be deeply appreciated by residents and their families.
