We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to be based onsite with one of our key clients, managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement.

This role is to be based onsite with our client in Wolverhampton, with bi-weekly travel to a Banbury site. The expectation is that you will be onsite full time to begin with, with hybrid working available once the role and account is more established.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Be the face of Morson onsite, ensuring client KPIs and SLAs are exceeded
2. Manage the MSP delivery model and supply chain performance
3. Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders
4. Host client workshops, MI reporting sessions, and lead regular QBRs
5. Drive candidate delivery and engagement through collaboration with internal and external teams
6. Identify growth opportunities for Morson services through client insight and market awareness
