Ready to make a real impact in History? At Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet, we’re seeking a passionate Lead Practitioner - History to elevate our department and inspire the next generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality History lessons that engage and challenge students across various key stages and subjects.
2. Lead curriculum development and share best practices to improve teaching across the department.
3. Use data and innovative approaches to improve student outcomes in History.
4. Provide leadership and support to colleagues, helping them to grow in their teaching practice.
5. Work with the senior leadership team to lead on aspects of whole school improvement with the Teaching & Learning Team.
