HGV Class 2 Driver – St Albans
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver in St Albans to join a reputable delivery team. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hardworking driver who enjoys being on the road and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while representing a professional company.
Location: St Albans
Salary: £17.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (with overtime available)
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
2. Complete multi-drop deliveries across St Albans and the surrounding areas.
3. Load and unload goods safely (some heavy lifting may be required).
4. Adhere to road safety and company policies at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience
5. Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
6. Current CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
7. Previous multi-drop or delivery experience preferred.
8. Good geographical knowledge of St Albans and Hertfordshire.
9. Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
