Position Role: Team Leader managing the regimental recruiting and mentoring team personnel, overseeing, and enabling the nurture of Army Reservists from enlistment and attestation through to initial and trade training, and management of unit recruiting. 1. Supervise all recruiting and mentoring staff. 2. Oversee and assure all soldier under training activity and associated administration, liaising with training units and ARITC to achieve training standards, and conduct continuous improvement using statistical analysis. 3. Manage compliance with the ARITC Code of Conduct, Behaviour for Recruits, and associated policies 4. Manage appropriate standards to ensure OFSTED compliance and provide the required reportable information for the Regimental Operational Support Officer (ROSO) to conduct unit self-assessment. 5. Review and analyse previous recruiting activity, combined with people, industry, and location demographics, alongside the recruiting environment, to develop the unit recruiting forecast of events. 6. Oversee the forecasting, budget, resources, planning, advertising, and execution of recruiting activity, ensuring the unit community engagement and relevant applications are appropriately updated. 7. Liaise with relevant agencies to support and improve unit recruitment, attending meetings in support of the recruiting team and unit recruiting. 8. Support passing off parades and associated soldier under training formal events.
