Requirements
What you bring
1. Completed commercial or equivalent education
2. Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
3. Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
4. Fluent in Arabic and English
5. Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
6. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation
7. High quality awareness and attention to detail
8. Full-time availability

Hybrid / Remote Work Guidelines
10. Please note that if you live within commuting distance of the office, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model – at least 3x per week in the office.
11. A secure home office setup at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions, is required.
12. If you wish to work remotely or in a hybrid model, you must meet our minimum internet speed requirements. Alternatively, our excellent office is available for you to work from.
