The Role
As a Warranty Technician, youll be responsible for:
* Managing the return and processing of warranty items in line with company and supplier policies.
* Ensuring customer complaints and technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure warranty returns are processed accurately and efficiently.
* Communicating key warranty and product insights to internal departments.
* Providing technical and warranty support to UK-based customers.
