What You'll Do
As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for:
* Loading and unloading cargo efficiently and safely.
* Operating a forklift as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
* Using your independent judgment to build and tear down trailers, ensuring compliance with weight distribution laws.
* Completing routine paperwork and logging loading sheets accurately.
* Performing various tasks including check-in, tractor/trailer inspection, and cargo pickup and delivery.
* Taking on additional duties as assigned to support our team.

What You Need to Succeed
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED.
* Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (less experienced candidates may be eligible for training).
* Age: Minimum of 21 years old.
* Work Record: A stable work history with a safe driving record.
* Compliance: Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical requirements.
* Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
* Licensing: Must have a Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements, with no automatic restriction.
Work Conditions
Your schedule may vary depending on the Service Center location, and this is an hourly position paid weekly.

In accordance with the Washington State Labor Code, the pay range for this position is $28.71 to $31.89 per hour.
