Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage business and technical incidents and high-priority problems to resolution, minimizing impact on the business and clients.
2. Analyze incidents and problems, identify trends, and develop practices and resolutions to prevent recurrence.
3. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and manage expectations to maintain strong relationships.
4. Develop the Business Incident operation.
5. Organize support during major incidents to reach resolution quickly.
6. Bridge calls and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Identify potential problems proactively and resolve them before impacting the business.
8. Collaborate with Change and Release Management to ensure proper handling of changes and their impact.
9. Work with key suppliers to reduce issues and improve resolution speed.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and advising on solutions during major incidents.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Effective stakeholder management skills.
