The Role
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join their growing team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of private client matters, providing expert legal advice and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on all aspects of private client law including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trusts and tax planning
* Court of Protection matters
* Managing a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision
* Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Participating in business development and marketing initiatives
* Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and best practices
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 3 years' PQE in private client law
* Strong technical knowledge across all key areas of private client work
* Excellent communication
* Ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload with efficiency and accuracy
* A proactive, personable, and professional approach to client care
