1. Work from home up to four days per week
2. Work for a market leader in Court of Protection work
3. Extremely rewarding work, helping those living with a brain injury or lost capacity due to illness
A leading Court of Protection specialist law firm is looking for a Court of Protection Caseworker to join its growing team in Manchester, working four days a week from home.
The firm is a genuine Court of Protection specialist, having won several awards for its work in this area, and undertakes a significant amount of contested, high-value cases with jurisdictional issues and financial abuse investigation work.
This is a fantastic place to develop your Court of Protection career. If you wish, you’ll be able to progress to Court of Protection Executive or undertake a training contract and qualify as a solicitor later down the line.
The firm also offers a competitive salary, enhanced holiday allowance, private healthcare, life insurance, subsidised gym membership, performance and attendance bonuses and Christmas closure.
Our client recently won a national award for its work and is entering its next phase of growth, so it’s a fantastic time to join.
You’ll find your work extremely rewarding, as you’ll be helping improve the lives of those with a brain injury or who have lost capacity because of illness. You’ll look after their property and financial affairs, working closely with them, their families and carers.
The right candidate will have either pre-existing experience of the role in another firm or be a professional individual with experience of managing finance in a fast-paced environment – for example, a financial advisory or banking environment.
