Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a HR & Recruitment Coordinator on a 9-12 months contract basis. The purpose of the role is to primarily support the Department HR Manager, along with the broader UK HR Management and Business Partners team. Focused on front-line HR support, this role emphasises recruitment activities while also contributing to case management, absence monitoring, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting HR Business Partners (BPs) with tasks such as absence management, performance evaluations, contract management, and handling HR cases.
2. Taking the lead on recruitment efforts, including crafting job descriptions, drafting advertisements, formulating interview questions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
3. Identifying and utilising the most effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
4. Promoting the organisation's career opportunities to position the company as an employer of choice, including attending career events.
5. Providing guidance and coaching to managers on best practices in recruitment processes.
6. Ensuring accurate reporting of recruitment data.
7. Managing administrative tasks related to visas, work permits, and sponsorship requirements.
8. Undertaking and supporting projects as directed by HR managers.
