Role Description
This is a contract role for a Deputy Care Manager, located on-site in Maidstone. The Deputy Care Manager will oversee day-to-day care management, including developing and monitoring care plans, supervising staff, and ensuring all care services meet regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining up-to-date client records, and coordinating with medical professionals and social services. The role requires effective communication and leadership skills to provide high-quality support and care.

Salary
£28,000- £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (desirable)
* Complex care experience
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a care management or supervisory role
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care legislations
* IT literacy and familiarity with care systems (e.g., People Planner, Access Care Planning)
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
