Newstaff Employment Services Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary on behalf of our client based in Twickenham.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months legal secretarial experience, ideally within a property department, though other practice areas are considered.
The Role:
1. Providing full secretarial support to conveyancing solicitors, to include diary management, booking appointments and liaising with clients
2. Audio transcription
3. Manage client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties.
5. Dealing with all telephone enquiries
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
The Candidate:
7. Previous conveyancing legal secretarial experience gained within a legal environment is ideal.
8. Fast accurate typing
9. Audio typing skills and experience
10. Dictation experience
11. Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel
12. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
13. Ability to work well to deadlines in a busy office
14. Flexible and adaptable and friendly team player
Monday to Friday 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
Salary: £31, pa – £33, pa + Benefits
