We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced MICE sales executive to join our team at our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing meetings, incentives, conferences, and events, with excellent organizational and sales skills. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and online booking inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
* Provide guests with accurate information on room availability, rates, packages, and promotions.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
* Maintain reservation records in the hotel system with accuracy.
* Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest service.
* Assist in up-selling rooms and services to increase revenue.
