Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver well-structured and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Assess, monitor and report on pupils' progress and attainment
3. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
4. Work effectively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and wider school team
5. Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
6. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and school events
We are looking for someone who:
7. Holds QTS and has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
8. Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising achievement
9. Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
10. Is reflective, adaptable, and open to continuous professional development
11. Is passionate about delivering a broad and balanced curriculum
12. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
