Role Overview The UGC & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, managing, and repurposing member-generated content and transformation stories to support both paid and organic marketing. Acting as the link between members, the creative team, and the ads team, you’ll ensure content is compliant, high-quality, and delivered on time. This role manages the full UGC pipeline — from monitoring social platforms and gathering consent to maintaining content libraries and coordinating edits with the creative team. You’ll also help drive recognition initiatives by highlighting standout member stories, scheduling transformation content, and supporting reward and shoutout schemes across channels. In addition, you’ll be responsible for monitoring ad comments across all paid platforms — protecting brand perception and spotting common questions from potential members to help refine our paid social campaigns and make them more effective. With strong organisational skills and an eye for trends, you’ll make sure member content is well-managed and leveraged effectively to maximise campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Monitor social platforms and pending posts to identify transformation stories and UGC. Communicate with members, gathering and storing consent for content use. Maintain and organise UGC/transformations libraries in Dropbox (including filing and consent records). Liaise with creatives for new edits/storyboards, managing deadlines and deliverables. Review and suggest refinements on content before final sign-off by the Performance Marketing Manager. Publish blog posts spotlighting member transformation stories. Schedule transformation stories across social media channels to keep content consistent. Identify standout member stories for recognition opportunities across campaigns. Support execution of recognition schemes (rewards, shoutouts, content coordination). Spot new UGC trends, formats, and viral opportunities to repurpose for ads and organic content. Act as the face of Team RH marketing when liaising with members. Ensure GDPR and image rights compliance for all member content. Collaborate with the creative team, suggesting edit structures based on performance feedback. Monitor ad comments across all paid platforms to protect brand reputation and feed insights back into campaigns. Skills & Qualifications 1 years in a related role (ideally coordination, marketing, community engagement, or social media). Strong communication skills - confident engaging with members and representing the brand. Excellent organisational skills - able to manage multiple content pipelines and deadlines. Good understanding of social media trends and platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Familiarity with content management tools (e.g. Dropbox). Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling consent and GDPR requirements. Collaborative mindset - comfortable working across teams (marketing, creative, and MX). Basic copywriting skills for blog posts and captions. Nice to haves Previous experience handling UGC, influencer/creator comms, or member communities. Knowledge of paid social advertising and how UGC fits into performance campaigns. Familiarity with basic editing tools (e.g. CapCut, TikTok) to prepare content for quick turnarounds.
