Job Description:
Our client, an established and well-regarded law firm in Chelmsford is seeking a residential conveyancing paralegal to join its busy and collaborative property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with at least 1 year of residential conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their technical skills and progress their legal career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting fee earners with all aspects of residential property transactions
* Handling administrative elements of the conveyancing process, including client onboarding, searches, SDLT forms, and post-completion matters
* Maintaining regular communication with clients, agents, and third parties
* Assisting with drafting contracts and other legal documentation
* Managing caseloads with increasing responsibility, depending on experience
