The role will involve a mix of office- and site-based working, with a focus on providing strong leadership, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The successful Health and Safety Manager will: Lead and support site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments. Maintain ISO management systems, aligning with organisational goals. Support pre-construction and tender submissions with health and safety input.
