The Role:
* Focused on a lucrative market with the US being the largest staffing market.
* Working hours 10am-19pm or 12pm-9pm
* Working with the highest performing team in the company
* Work with experienced leaders and wider leadership team
What can you bring to this role?
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role, with experience in new business development via phone, email, LinkedIn and additional examples of more creative business development.
* A professional approach to your work, taking it seriously and viewing recruitment as a long-term career option.
* Ability to work 5 days per-week in Billericay (Essex).
* Clear communication skills, an ability to look at both the short term and bigger picture and examples of strong work ethic.
