Technical Manager (Property Services / Compliance & Asset Management) Salary: Up to £55,000 Location: South West London We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead on a range of complex property services workstreams within a high-performing housing environment. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring compliance, driving service improvement, and overseeing critical areas including building safety, disrepair, damp & mould, fire risk actions, and contractor performance. You will provide strategic and operational oversight across multiple technical functions, ensuring statutory obligations are met, risks are effectively managed, and services are delivered to a consistently high standard.
