We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team.
Base location will be agreed upon appointment and based on business needs; this will be either Scarsdale or Ashfield. This role is mainly based on site with travel to other sites required. The Estates Coordinator will cover Nottingham and Derbyshire areas. Flexibility to work across this area is required.
The salary on offer is starting from £30,000 per annum plus a £3,000 car allowance.
This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
The working pattern will be Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
About the role:
Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies, procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating in-house and outsourced services across a portfolio of properties.
What you will bring to the role:
* Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills
* Willingness to broaden knowledge of Facilities Management (FM)
* Knowledge of FM building compliance and healthcare cleanliness standards
* Ability to work as part of a team but also independently within appropriate delivery guidelines
* Experience in dealing with customers, partners, the public, and sensitive/confidential information
* Knowledge of achieving service delivery KPIs and targets
