Day in the Life:
1. Strategic Relationship Builder: Build strong, purposeful relationships and effectively support existing customers. Carry out regular business reviews to identify their needs and goals. Create growth plans and implement solutions to drive sustainable growth.
2. Dynamic Communicator: Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. Be adaptable in your communication style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
3. Commercial Approach: Drive the brand distribution strategy to increase the quality and quantity of customer partnerships within your territory.
4. Data Acumen: Ensure all data on your territory is accurate and up-to-date, including territory performance, customer contact details, digital savviness, new/closed outlets, etc.
5. Digital First Mindset: Embrace and leverage digital tools always. Engage both internally and externally on key initiatives and evolving trends.
6. Growth/ Open Mindset: Bring a growth mindset to all that you do. Embrace challenges, learn continuously, and drive innovation for sustainable success.
7. Resilience: Demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and persistently pursue long-term goals despite short-term setbacks.
